Doncaster Rape & Sexual Abuse Counselling Service

Adult Therapy

Therapy provides an opportunity to talk about the issues affecting you in a confidential, non-judgemental manner with someone who has no other role in your life. Therapists are professionally trained and experienced in working with people who will have gone through similar experiences you will have gone through.

We recommend you read the articles below on ‘what to expect in therapy’ and ‘Am I ready for therapy’ before contacting DRASACS. We offer therapy by telephone, webcam, and face to face at our secure, discrete town centre premises.

The first stage is that a DRASACS therapist will organise a phone appointment to discuss your circumstances and work with you to decide how you want to access therapy and the next steps.

Thanks for today, it meant a lot to me that you were there beside me. I couldn’t have done it without you.
